FAQ

What is your return policy?

As a local Gainesville artist, I handmake each individual sun catcher. I want you to enjoy your art piece and experience with your purchase! Though all sales are final, please do not hesitate to reach out to me in the event that your piece has an issue with quality.

Please remember that stained glass is an art form. Glass may have imperfections including bubbles, color discrepancies, or texture changes are common and normal in a stained glass art piece. Carefully read the description of the products for information on the specifications and dimensions, but I am happy to provide you with additional information upon request.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissioned pieces require a 30% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the final product to begin fabrication. If the final payment is not made or you end communication for thirty (30) days after you have been notified of the product completion, the piece will be listed as available for sale through my website.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once a package has been shipped, please reach out to your mail carrier for assistance for any issues with lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

How should I hang my stained glass art?
For the safety of your artwork, I recommend always hanging your stained glass from an anchored nail, screw, or hook. I do not recommend the use of adhesive hooks, suction cup hooks, or any other method of hanging your work. Trust me, this is a painful lesson that I learned quickly!
How should I care for my stained glass?
Your glass has been delivered pre-polished, and should last well without any necessary cleaning. If you need to clean your glass, I recommend wiping down with a damp, clean cloth. The use of abrasives can damage the patina or finishing on your piece, so use at your own risk.

**Stained glass solder contains lead. Please handle minimally and wash your hands after handling.

Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes, I offer custom commissions for anyone looking to have a custom stained glass piece made! Please contact me to receive a quote on your project.
Do you offer freelance design work?
I accept freelance design work on a case-by-case basis. I work full-time in design, and stained glass is my hobby and a fun side project. As a working mother, my time is limited!
Can I use your stained glass patterns?
The designs I am using for my stained glass are made by me unless otherwise noted, and I am able to sell patterns if you are interested in a particular design. Please do not steal designs for my projects without prior approval or authorization. I will be adding pattern downloads available for purchase in my shop!
